 I Sell The City Real Estate is a small but powerful, progressive boutique brokerage in Downtown San Diego specializing in San Diego residential real estate sales. We are looking to bring a few additional agents on board who share similar visions and goals with us.

 

What we have to offer:


-Incredible branding that will consistently produce new leads and business for our agents

-Class A retail office space location right on Market Street in the heart of East Village (ground level)

-Leads provided! (walk-ins/floor time, online leads on rotating schedule, phone leads on a rotating schedule, and more!)

-Sales coaching from a Tom Ferry coach paid for by the brokerage (available to in-office agents only)

-Sales coaching by the Team Leader with over 10 years experience in Downtown San Diego real estate sales

-Accountability structure to help everyone succeed

-A broker who works in-house 40 hours/week to answer transaction questions and assist with contracts/disclosures. Broker also provides regular training lessons on transactions/contracts

-An in-house Operations Manager who assists agents with marketing, CRM, and many other logistics of the brokerage

 

What we are looking for:


-Full-time real estate agent

-Experience with CAR forms and Paragon

-At least 3 closed transactions in the past 6-12 months preferred (will consider new agents under the right circumstances)

- We are looking for agents interested in working out of our downtown office as well as agents who would like to work from home

-Must be tech-savy or willing to learn/adapt
